We welcome you in this 2-class training series created for our learning community (students of the Diploma program, students of the Trianual, core faculty, broader faculty, faculty on the training path, and all graduates) with the vision of supporting one another, and all of us as a community, to be present with all the experiences that come up in us, and between us, when we come face to face with the manifestation of the systemic discrimination of racism in ourselves, our relationships and our community.

We expect that you are already familiar with the different terms used by Robin Di Angelo in her books around White Fragility, and Layla Saad in her workbook around White Supremacy.
