At the end of February, the Movement DOJO took place with Kate Jobe and César Fernánndez, and the support of Eva Sánchez.
The dojos are spaces to learn and practice the Process Work methodology. They are part of the processwork training programs and d we carry out 4 a year.
On this occasion we are dedicated to delving into the movement channel, Laban’s theory and Authentic Movement.
Goals:
Have the basic framework of work with movement from process work
Work on meta-skills for working with movement
Connect with the power of movement as language
Contents:
Process work motion theory: primary and secondary motion, motion limits, and amplification techniques
Authentic movement
Laban’s theory on the language of movement
